1. Intellectual Property & Digital Readership
All magazine publications, articles, graphics, photography, typography, layout, and digital flipbooks accessible through The CEO Magazine e-magazines are protected under Indian and international copyright laws. A digital subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for individual reading. You may not scrape, redistribute, republish, resell, or publicly display full magazine issues without written authorization.
2. Subscriber Accounts & Session Security
Each subscriber account is strictly designated for single-user reading. Our anti-piracy protection systems enforce single concurrent sessions and dynamic readership watermarking. Sharing account credentials across multiple individuals or corporate teams without a multi-user corporate license may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
3. Print Circulation & Courier Dispatch
Subscribers with active Print or All-Access Combo memberships receive physical magazine editions dispatched via registered courier (Speed Post / India Post / Express Logistics). Subscribers are responsible for maintaining an accurate, complete postal shipping address in their Subscriber Portal. Dispatches are logged with real-time tracking numbers accessible in your account.
4. Subscription Billing, GST & Invoices
Subscription fees are billed annually or monthly based on the selected plan. All transactions processed via Razorpay or UPI include statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST). Official GST-compliant tax invoices with breakdown (CGST, SGST, IGST) are generated instantly and stored permanently in your subscriber dashboard.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the immediate proprietary digital delivery of our magazine flipbooks and downloadable archives, digital membership fees are non-refundable once content has been accessed. Print subscription cancellations must be submitted in writing to indiamanthan.blr@gmail.com prior to the 1st of the upcoming publication month.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with subscriptions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
